Universal Green Seasoning

Ingredients
  

  • 2 whole green bell peppers
  • 2 stalk cilantro
  • 2 stalk parsley
  • 4 stalk scallion
  • 1 head garlic about 7 cloves
  • 4 sprigs thyme
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 sprig oregano
  • 1 sprig basil
  • 2 oz. ginger
  • handful cherry tomatoes
  • 1 scotch bonnet pepper habanero is a substitute
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ¼-½ cup oil your preference in oil

Instructions
 

  • Chop all necessary ingredients for easy blending.
  • Add all herbs and seasoning to the blending, then add the oil.
  • NOTE: Oil amount depends on how thick or thin you want the seasoning to be. Add a ¼ cup first, and if necessary, add more.
  • When blending has completed, place in an airtight container or jar.
  • Keep in fridge until needed.
