Sweet Vanilla Bean Coffee Creamer

- 14 oz. evaporation milk 1 can
- 1¾ cup heavy cream cold
- 200 g granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla bean paste
- 2 tbsp. vanilla extract
In a medium sauce pan, on medium-low, add the evaporation milk and sugar.
Cook until the sugar has dissolved. Lower the temperature to low, then add the vanilla extract and bean paste. Mix very well.
Before adding the heavy cream, turn the heat to medium, and pour in the heavy cream, slowly, while mixing. Mix for a minute or two, then remove from heat.
Stir for a minute after turning off the heat, then let sit for a few minutes to cool, before pouring to your desired jar/containing. Makes 3¾ cups of coffee creamer.
If you would like the creamer to be less sweet, try reducing the sweetness to only 150g of granulated sugar.
While heating ingredients, try not to boil. Your temperature is too high. Simmer at most.
