Ingredients
- 14 oz. evaporation milk 1 can
- 1¾ cup heavy cream cold
- 200 g granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla bean paste
- 2 tbsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium sauce pan, on medium-low, add the evaporation milk and sugar.
- Cook until the sugar has dissolved. Lower the temperature to low, then add the vanilla extract and bean paste. Mix very well.
- Before adding the heavy cream, turn the heat to medium, and pour in the heavy cream, slowly, while mixing. Mix for a minute or two, then remove from heat.
- Stir for a minute after turning off the heat, then let sit for a few minutes to cool, before pouring to your desired jar/containing. Makes 3¾ cups of coffee creamer.
