Power Punch
Power punch is perfect for boosting energy and strengthening the immune system. Contains all natural ingredients.
Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach
- 4 root turmeric not powder
- 2 oz. ginger root 3-inch long
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp. flaxseed not ground
- â…“ cup coconut oil
- ½ tsp. cayenne pepper optional
- 1½ cup water
- ½ apple granny smith or ginger apple
Instructions
- Chop any ingredient finely as needed to blend easily.
- Blend on smoothie or puree all ingredients into a blender, for a thick, but watery consistency.
- Preserve in refrigerator for prolonged use. Consume 2 to 3 oz. daily, for optimum energy and wellness.
Notes
- If Power Punch is too thick after blend, add more coconut oil, 1 tbsp. at a time.
