Brown Sugar Delicious BBQ Rub
Ingredients
- 220 g brown sugar
- ¼ cup sea salt fine
- 2 tbsp. black pepper fine or coarse
- 1½ tbsp. crushed red peppers
- 1 tbsp. mustard powder
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 2 tsp. garam masala
- 1½ tsp. onion powder
- 1½ tsp. white pepper
- 1 tsp. cinnamon fine powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a bowl or jar. Make sure the brown sugar is as fine as possible, with little to no lumps.
- Stir or shake seasoning together.
